Why A Million Dollar Blogger?

The Million Dollar Blog Book

The first post to christen the new website will be answering some questions you may have about the site and it’s intentions, so here we go!

So Why ‘A Million Dollar Blogger’?

After having the honour of being published in the book ‘A Million Dollar Blog’ it feels good to be part of an elite community to be named a ‘million dollar blogger’. The saturation of the market is something that puts many people off starting their own blogs, but the blogging scene has only just begun and it’s never too late for you to start. I could have called my site The Million Dollar Blogger but to me that comes across rather arrogant, as thou i’m THE only million dollar blogger and we all know that’s far from the truth. Naming the site A Million Dollar Blogger puts me in that group of people from all walks of life who have written about their passions and have been financially successful as a result. The site was set up to share some of the experiences and adventures I have the pleasure of being a part of whilst also inspiring anyone out there who wants to start a blog to get out there, dream big and achieve big. My own motto that I’ve used since the first day I started. If I can be a million dollar blogger, so can you!

Are You A Millionaire?

Not even close. Depending on the exchange rate at the time one million dollars equals around £800,000 (currently) so even if I hit that big million dollar money mark, here in the UK i’d still just be a very wealthy independent person with a bit more left to earn before I become a UK classed millionaire. Over the four years that i’ve set up Back to the Movies i’ve used it as a fallback for my other projects. Whether it be in the film industry, business marketing or gaming company that i’m a part of, the site has always been used as a wall to strengthen any marketing avenue I pursue. The work i’ve been apart of has earned myself good money and the investments that i’ve raised for films and business’s has far exceeded the million dollar threshold. But that does not mean that I myself have a million dollars to flaunt (sadly). Whilst I do enjoy a more upmarket lifestyle as you’ll see from future postings on the site that million dollar mark will be my first benchmark towards a brighter future and with perseverance and the dedication I have towards the work I do, I know i’ll get there and I will make it so.

What Will The Site Feature?

Whilst i’m still toying with the idea of content and what variety of things I could post I have decided to choose two main points of discussion for starters. I have decided to start with business and luxury. The business side of things won’t be the inner workings of the New York Stock Exchange because quite frankly I don’t understand or know a single thing about the stock exchange. Instead it’ll be more questions i’ve asked myself over the years, guidance and advice on motivation, attitude and blogging as a whole with tips on how you can blog you way to a financially successful future. The business section will also include any updates regarding projects that I’m working on whether it’s films, games or something else entirely. Whilst not all of my advice may apply to everyone out there, hopefully there will be a little something in there you can take away and if just one person is inspired or feels helped by the information on offer, then this site is serving it’s purpose. The second topic, luxury will be focusing on the experiences and adventures that I’m privaledged to be invited to and proud to be apart of in addition to worldwide luxury news and announcements. I quite like the idea of starting with these two because the business section will outline the work segment and the more progress you get with the work side of things the more luxuries you can afford to treat yourself with so I feel those two topics compliment each other quite nicely.

So that’s about it for my first post on A Million Dollar Blogger. Any queries, questions, advertising or sponsorship opportunities please don’t hesitate to contact me HERE.

  1. Hmm it appears like your site ate my first comment (it was super long) so I guess I’ll just sum it up what I had written and say, I’m thoroughly enjoying your blog. I as well am an aspiring blog blogger but I’m still new to everything. Do you have any tips for first-time blog writers? I’d certainly appreciate it.|

    1. Thanks man I appreciate that. I’d certainly write about topics you have a genuine interest and passion about. This will make it feel less like work and keep you hooked for a long-term duration rather than just for the short-term. Generate a good amount of content and then start your marketing approach. The main tip is to never give up, no matter if you get 1 hit a day or 1 million. Just keep at it, have fun and enjoy it!

  2. I blog frequently and I truly appreciate your information. This article has truly peaked my interest. I am going to take a note of your website and keep checking for new details about once a week. I subscribed to your RSS feed too.
