Located in Brooklyn’s Dumbo district this swanky bachelor paid consists of fifty-foot ceilings and these beautiful 14-foot clock face windows scattered around the pad which are all synced with one another. Not only do they make for great windows but you’ll never lose track of time wherever you may be.
This triplex measures in at 6,813 square feet and it’s no wonder this place won Esquire’s bachelor pad of the year. Three bedrooms, four baths and enough open living space to swing a tiger. This beautiful pad first went on the market at $25 million and was later reduced to $19 million when it finally sold.
I absolutely love it but I’m also very wary. The pads interaction with a ‘digital ghost’ and the clock-faces remind me of an Independent Horror movie called The Charnel House, where a high tech apartment building goes rogue as ghosts start to mess around with the tech and cause mayhem.
That film alone has put me off staying in a swanky pad such as this but at least my eyes can enjoy the view on this one!
